Biography
Dr. Vladimir Tolstikov was awarded PhD degree at the age of 28 years from the Institute of Chemical Means for Plant Protection, Moscow, Russia. He is the director of Metabolomics at BERG LLC, USA. He has published more than 60 papers in reputed journals, 5 book chapters and has been serving as an editorial board member of MDPI Metabolites. During his career, he was working in leading research academic institutions and industry including Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Max Plank Institute, UC Davis, Eli Lilly and Company and others. He is a pioneer in HILIC separations development applied to global Metabolomics. He has participated and contributed to an organization of various international meetings. His current research interests are in the field of AI-guided multi-omics input into the Precision Medicine development.

Biography
Preecha P. Yupapin received his B.Ed. in Physics, M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics, PhD in Electrical Engineering from Srinakarinwirote University, Mahidol University and City University of London in 1981, 1983 and 1993 respectively. He was a post-doctor research fellowship in 1994 under the European Community research project. He has been appointed as a visiting professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia since 2007. He has been promoted as a Professor of Physics in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Bangkok, Thailand since 2009. He has authored/co-authored more than 401 published papers in SCOPUS database and 30 chapters and books. He has supervised 70 PhD Students and candidates in both local and international universities. He has also been appointed as an editorial board member and editor in chief of 10 international journals. Professor Yupapin is a member of Thai Institute Physics (TIP), SPIE, OSA senior membership, and was a president of the OSA-Thailand Chapter from 2002-2004.

Biography
Prof. Chan obtained his B.Math. (Hons.) in Computer Science and Statistics in 1984 and M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. in Systems Design Engineering in 1985 and 1989 respectively from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Soon after graduation, he joined the IBM Canada Laboratory in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as a software analyst and was involved in the development of multimedia and software engineering tools. He joined the Ryerson University as an Associate Professor in 1993 and in 1994, he returned to Hong Kong to join The Hong Kong Polytechnic University where he is currently a Professor in the Department of Computing. Chan’s research interests are in Big Data Analytics, Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Evolutionary Computation, Fuzzy Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. He has published 250 research papers in these areas in refereed journals and conference proceedings. He has also served been serving actively as organizer and Program Committee member of numerous conferences in his research areas. Chan’s research has been supported by the Research Grants Council and the Innovation and Technology Commission and the industry. He has been active in “knowledge transfer†through his published work and through consulting and contract research.
